Sergeant John William Sturgess
John William Sturgess was a Private in 2nd Battalion, Grenadier Guards, service number 25852.
He died on 29th January 1917, and is buried in the churchyard of St Nicholas, Fleckney, Leicestershire.
John is also commemorated on the War Memorial originally displayed at Kibworth Grammar School, but now on display at Kibworth High School.
